THIS SUMMER You can be a missionary without leaving Lawrence… simply by cooking a meal for an International Bible Study at the Kihm’s home Thursday nights. Contact Ann Kihm at 979-3201 or akihm@sunflower.com. Any help is welcome: main dish for 25, dessert, salad or a side dish. Meals are still needed for July 2 and 9.

4TH OF JULY We will have a potluck at the church to celebrate our nation’s freedom. Come to the church on July 4th from 6:00-7:30 PM with a side dish and/or dessert to share. The church will provide the BBQ (burgers, dogs and Brats) plus the drinks. Everyone is invited. Bring a friend!

LTS IMPACT WEEKEND LTS Impact Weekend will be here before you know it! Meeting Friday evening and Saturday daytime, July 17th and 18th, Impact Weekend is not something you want to miss. This is a time you can be impacted by God as you allow Him to break down walls in your heart. The cost is $20 if paid by Sunday, July 12. IGNITE Ignite fuels men’s passion for Christ and equips the local church to keep the fire burning. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL VBS is July 6th-10th (Monday-Friday) from 6:00-8:30 PM. This is for all children 4 years thru 6th grade! Please help us spread the word! This will be a week jam-packed with Bible stories, worship, games, Scripture memory, cool crafts and prizes! There is a planning meeting TODAY after church in the Fellowship Hall (pizza lunch provided) for the VBS team and those interested in finding out more about this exciting opportunity to minister to our children… Register your children at the kiosk today.

T.B.O.C. (TAKING BACK OUR CITY) T.B.O.C. will be July 22nd-July 25th (Wednesday-Saturday). This is a missions trip to Lawrence for junior and senior high students with an emphasis on discipleship and learning how to make a difference in our community every day of the year! There will be opportunities to put into practice what we learn. The cost is $50 if paid by July 12th (then $60). Mandatory team meetings will be on Sundays, July 12th and 19th.

“CRAVE” YOUTH CONFERENCE The annual Antioch Youth Conference will be July 28-30. The cost is $30. Questions? Talk to Pastor Stan.

IN HARMS WAY We want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who donated financially and brought items for the boxes for our soldiers. We raised $747 and collected many needed items. We are always collecting so that at any moment, we can send out more boxes.
