MISSION’S TRIP The youth is taking a mission’ trip to Mexico July 31-August 7. The cost is $800. We’ll be doing fundraisers to defray the cost and the more people that go, the less the cost will be. We had an informational meeting last Sunday. If you didn’t attend but would like the information or you are an adult who is interested, please see Pastor Stan. This trip is open to adults on a limited basis (students have priority). We would like to have a count of who is going by March 7 so we can start planning. Please let Pastor Stan or Allison know if you plan on going on this mission’s trip.

OFF TO HAITI Two of our very own, Pastor Paul Taylor and Dr. Alan McBride, are joining a team bound for Haiti through One Heart Missions International. All outreaches combine ministry with all their medical and feeding programs. One task the team has been challenged with is feeding the people in the area they serve. If they gather all the resources, they would like to feed 20,000 people. They would also like to feed the 1000 children that will be visited at the orphanage. This means we have another giving opportunity as a church. The Haiti team would like to raise a total of $5,000-10,000 to reach this goal. 100% of the funds will be used for the food program. The deadline for raising the money is March 1, 2010. All gifts are tax deductible. Make checks payable to MSC with “Haiti Food Program” in the memo line.
