Touching the Heart of God Through Compassion

It means taking action to do something about it. Anybody can through money or “material stuff” at a situation that needs our help. But what people really need is friendship and love. Compassion is faith in action. True compassion begins right where you live … at home. If you can’t live it at home, then you are missing the mark. Live it at home and then open your heart and offer friendship to those outside your circle of friends. Whenever we do this we are doing to Jesus. Whenever we do something that touches God’s heart, God will move on our behalf.
