Brief Description of group: This semester we will be studying Experiencing God as Couples. Henry and Marilynn Blackaby lead married couples to experience God’s presence in a way that will last a lifetime. Topics include: God at Work in Your Marriage, God’s Love Relationship with You and Your Spouse, God Invites You as a Couple to Become Involved in His Work, and five other couple centered topics.
Format of the Group: After we’ve greeted one another, we jump right into our study for the week. This includes watching a video or reviewing the book. Then we discuss, pray and end with fellowship
Duration: Ongoing, with seasonal topics and studies.
Day, Time & Location of group: Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., Mustard Seed Church – Youth Lounge.
Childcare available?: Call for information on childcare; infants are welcome with their parents.
Requirements: This study is for currently married couples. Each couple is responsible to provide their own book(s). The workbook includes both individual and couple learning assignments that prepare the couple for the weekly group session. Workbooks are $15 per couple.
G.Y.M. (Group for the Young Married)

Brief Description of group: This group is designed to bring together those of us who are younger and married! We need to be able to grow together in both our marriages and our relationships with God as we build friendship with each other. As life throws us curveballs, it is so encouraging to walk through those times with others around us as support.
Format of the group:
Duration: Ongoing
Day, Time & Location of group: Thursdays evenings at 7:00 PM at the church.
Childcare available: Yes. Please let us know if you plan on utilizing our baby sitters so that we can have enough hands for all kiddos present!
Requirements: We ask that members contribute, as able, to offset the cost of childcare.
DivorceCare

Brief Description of group: We hope to help people recover from the trauma of divorce or separation.
Format of the group: We go over the information provided in the book and discuss in an open forum.
Duration: This is a 13-week course. You may enter a course at any time.

Childcare available: Childcare is available for a small fee. Prior arrangements are necessary.
Requirements: There is a cost of $20 for the course to cover the materials needed. Partial scholarships are available.
